Trip to Oregon

My 1st trip to Oregon stole my heart. It was 5 full days of sunshine, fresh crab, local beer, dancing, the best girlfriends, a visit with old friends and plenty of tequila and mezcal!

Home life is very LOUD, messy and a little chaotic. I wouldn’t change it for the world, but man this trip was exactly what my soul needed. As I’m diving back into the work life balance of motherhood and owning my own business, I’m reminding myself to stay grounded. 2019 was the year of giving a little more to myself, but also being kind and gentle while doing that. If my children have taught me one thing, its to slow down and be present.
