The Junker Family on Film

These years go by so fast! Now that my oldest is almost 8, I truly realize how important each stage, development and season really is. YES, for me there are for sure my favorite seasons of parenthood and then there are my challenging ones as well. I try to take the challenging seasons to remind myself daily that this will not last forever, to find the imperfect and crazy beautiful too.

A couple of weeks ago, I headed to DFW area to photograph some beautiful families. I had the chance to meet the wonderful Junker family with their adorable son Levi. What a little firecracker he was. His spirit was so fun to document and observe, kids are the awesome! We did a beautiful film session in their home. These photo sessions are dear to my heart. They are classic, timeless, beautiful and imperfect. It’s what I love capturing and documenting the most.
